These terms apply to clinics that use Eyeport Clinics, provided by Eyeport Nepal.
Demo
Approved clinics get a free demo of the full system for 45 days. We may decline or end a demo application at our discretion. When the demo ends the system is locked until you upgrade; your records are kept.
Paid plan
The full plan costs Rs 1,500 per month, paid in advance. Your account is upgraded when we receive payment. If a paid period ends without renewal, the system is locked in the same way as an ended demo, and your records are kept.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in details private and change the first password we send you.
- Enter accurate information and use the system lawfully, including the rules on patient records and VAT in Nepal.
- Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your registered clinicians.
Our responsibilities
- Keep each clinic's data separate and back it up nightly.
- Give notice by email before a demo or paid period ends.
- Never suspend or delete a clinic without a reason we tell you, except for non-payment or misuse.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend an account for misuse or non-payment. You may close your account at any time; on request we give you a copy of your data.
