Privacy policy

Eyeport Clinics is run by Eyeport Nepal. This policy covers this website (clinics.eyeportnepal.com) and the clinic systems we host at addresses ending in eyeportnepal.com.

What we collect when you register

• Your email address, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google. We only ask Google for your basic profile and email.
• Your clinic's name, location, contact number, PAN or VAT number and logo.
• Records of what happened to your account: when it was approved, upgraded or suspended.

We use these to set up and run your clinic system, to contact you about it, and to send sign-in codes and reminders.

Your clinic's records

Patient, stock and accounting records you enter belong to your clinic. Each clinic runs on its own system with its own database; no other clinic can see them. We do not read, sell or share them. Our staff access them only to keep the service running, to restore a backup, or when you ask us to.

You are responsible for having your patients' consent to record their information, as you would with any clinic records.

Backups and deletion

We back up every clinic database every night and keep the last 14 days. When a clinic is deleted we keep a final backup so nothing is lost by mistake. Ask us at [email protected] to remove it permanently.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or tracking.
